What are your responsibilities at valantic?

Since 2014, I have been holiding a partnership position at valantic GmbH. As the co-managing director of the valantic Competence Center Customer Engagement & Commerce, my responsibilities encompass sales, marketing, partner management, and business development across multiple locations in Germany and Austria. I am driven by the unknown, constantly exploring what is achievable today in order to discover optimal solutions for our customers’ profitable growth.

What are you on fire for?

Every challenge that comes with working with a diverse range of customers. Questions like “How can we achieve genuine 1:1 customer interaction that fosters lasting enthusiasm for our business?” or “What does the future hold for sales?” require intricate and non-stereotypical answers.

What makes valantic special for you?

With a passion for digital transformation throughout the entire customer lifecycle, we excel in finding optimal solutions for the present and future digital landscape. We ensure a comprehensive approach by considering all interactions and touchpoints, leaving no aspect untouched, from planning and production to configuration and finance. What did you do before joining valantic?

After studying industrial engineering in Karlsruhe (KIT) and Kaiserslautern, I worked as a manager and platinum consultant at SAP, Realtech and Kiefer & Veittinger. In 2002, I founded movento GmbH (now valantic) together with Patrick Ganzmann.
