What are you on fire for?

To get the best out of our people, teams and customers. Together, we build a partnership and deliver performance. That is what makes digital fun and exciting.

What did you do before joining valantic?

Worked for +12 years in corporate organisations (Shell, KPN) in multiple roles directly involved with the Board of Management. Therefore, I understand boardrooms dynamics and I am often approach as sparring partner for digital transformation.

What makes valantic special for you?

The people. We have an “asshole-free zone” as we call it. We have many talented and ambitious people that are aiming each day to get the best out of themselves and each other. I like working in such a high performance culture.

What are your responsibilities at valantic?

As Managing Director I’m responsible for our operations in the Netherlands although we have people as well located in Ukraine, Lithuania and Portugal.
