What are your responsibilities at valantic?

For about 20 years, I have been working with data and artificial intelligence. I continue to focus on this topic at valantic as well. As Co-Lead of the large valantic Data & AI Practice, I am jointly responsible for expanding business in this field and helping our customers become successful “data-driven and AI-enabled companies.” This aligns with my role as Managing Director of the valantic Analytics Center of Excellence, headquartered in Frankfurt.

What did you do before joining valantic?

I joined valantic from MHP – A Porsche Company, where I led the consulting cluster Data Architecture, Analytics & AI with approximately 300 employees. Prior to that, I was a Partner and Member of the Board at rpc – The Retail Performance Company, where I established Data Analytics as a new business area and was responsible for internal IT. Originally, I worked as a Data Scientist and primarily focused on use cases in the areas of marketing and sales, such as Customer Lifetime Value or Next Best Offer analyses.

What motivates you?

The great thing about consulting is the opportunity to work with many interesting people and continuously meet new individuals, companies, and challenges. In my work, it is important for me to engage with my clients, colleagues, and employees to achieve success and enjoy the work together. Especially because Data & AI is such an important and forward-thinking topic, I want to effectively advance our clients in this field along with all the experts from the valantic Data & AI Practice, and it is truly a wonderful feeling when we have successfully completed another project.
