Our Female Mentorship Program
Femspire is valantic’s group-wide female mentorship program, which started for the first time in November 2024. Our goal is to promote talented and ambitious women within the entire valantic Group by offering them a global platform to learn from experienced internal mentors and to develop professionally and personally. Femspire is more than a program – it is a space to build networks, share knowledge, inspire and grow together – true to our motto: “Let’s grow and glow together!
What is Femspire?
1:1 Mentoring
Femspire matches mentees with a suitable mentor who supports and accompanies the mentee’s personal and professional development in monthly 1:1 sessions.
International program
Femspire is internationally oriented and strengthens the network of women within the entire valantic Group – across national borders, specialist areas and Group companies.
Further training and networking
Through training courses and workshops, supported by an external coaching expert, our mentors receive comprehensive guidance and support in their own development. In addition, various events offer all participants the opportunity to share their experiences and exchange ideas.

Digital SHEro Rosa: From educator to manager
I am Rosa Ryberg, Business Unit Director at Inspari – a valantic company in Copenhagen. My professional career has taken me from being an educator to IT consulting. I find the combination of pedagogy and management very valuable. My goal is to be a leader who is present and has a genuine interest in both the personal lives and professional development of employees.
My slogan as a digital SHEro is “If you assume, you make an ass out of you and me” – for me, this means never simply accepting something, but questioning everything. Because I can only find good solutions if I really understand something.
Digital SHEro Heena: Your path to SAP IBP consulting
I am Heena and I work as a SAP IBP Consultant at valantic. In 2019, I left my home country India to start my Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management. I was sure that SAP IBP will be the future and I am proud to contribute as a consultant in digitizing the supply chain. For me, the consulting industry is the interface between technology and strategic decisions and is characterized by incredible diversity. This is exactly the kind of diversity I wanted in my job and valantic is a perfect fit. I am motivated by the different, complex requirements of our customers. I always think outside the box. My technical know-how in IT helps me to find the optimal solutions.
