Why do you think it is the people behind the digital transformation projects who make the difference?

During my time as a Sky executive, I witnessed firsthand how employees across all levels collaborated to enhance the customer experience and business processes using digital means. Sebastian, what did you do before joining valantic?

Before joining valantic, I was a C-level manager at the pay-TV broadcaster Sky where I  oversaw Customer Service, Supply Chain & Procurement, Digital Innovation, and Continuous Improvement, amongst other things. I also served as interim CTO and CHRO during my time there. Before that, I spent nine years at McKinsey & Co. where I worked as a consultant, project manager, and associate principal. My academic background includes studies and a doctoral degree from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Trinity College Dublin, and the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Besides that, I also completed an executive education program at IMD, Lausanne.
