Digitalization and modernization! For me, these are not just buzzwords; I am genuinely committed to their implementation. Understanding and addressing the unique needs of our customers is particularly important to me. It was my passion for these topics that led me to establish elements New Media Solutions GmbH, a full-service digital agency. I am proud that 150+ experts in development, UX design, performance marketing, SEO, and content marketing come together every day to create unique customized solutions.
What are your responsibilities at valantic?
As the CEO of elements, my main responsibility is to ensure the sustainable growth of our company. Additionally, I am actively involved in driving the growth of our entire CX division, and I collaborate with colleagues from other companies to bring exciting new projects to fruition.

What did you do before joining valantic?
I studied Business Administration at Johannes Kepler University in Linz. During this time, I discovered my talent for taking initiative, leadership, and forward-thinking. Inspired by this realization, I was driven to utilize my business skills effectively, leading me to establish the full-service digital agency, elements New Media Solutions GmbH, in 2002. Since 2009, I have also been a partner at Pimcore GmbH.
