waySuite’s collaboration platform is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that connects the often heterogeneous system landscapes of all partners along the supply chain via simple interfaces. The individual collaboration functions can be selected and booked as separate apps – depending on your use case.
Views and lists from any waySuite module – whether cloud-based or on-premises – can be selectively shared with external partners. Topics requiring coordination are logged directly as tasks; all communication and data exchange takes place centrally. This significantly reduces data gaps and duplicate data storage.
The Collaboration Lists app offers a simple way to integrate contract manufacturers, extended workbenches, and suppliers into the planning process. Quantities, production sequences, and priorities for critical orders are transmitted to the external partner. Through bidirectional communication, feedback, deviations, and changes flow back as quickly as possible.
valantic waySuite connects any number of suppliers and makes the entire supply network transparent, with all relevant parameters: lead times, bill of materials information, inventory, demand, and capacity. Demand-capacity matching, order promising, and inventory monitoring are built in. Companies of any size can visualize their complete supply network and spot bottlenecks early.
Open items are logged as tasks directly in the collaboration platform and linked to the relevant planning data. Chat and task tracking enable day-to-day coordination with partners – centralized, traceable, audit-proof, and privacy-compliant. Tasks for fine-tuning project plans can be created and edited directly in the app, matched to the relevant process steps. The platform has a standard interface to waySuite’s project planning, but also allows a simple manual MS Project upload.

In the course of digital transformation, optimizing the supply chain is one of the biggest challenges facing manufacturing companies. Everllence (formerly MAN Energy Solutions – MAN ES) has taken on this challenge and, with its “Go Interact!” initiative, made a significant step toward improving supply chain visibility. The challenge
The first phase of the “Go Interact!” initiative already produced a prototype of a “Progress Report” that enabled improved communication with suppliers and customers.
