AI Software Platforms and Cloud AI Developer Services

Our Approach

IT operations that think ahead

Modern IT infrastructures require more than just traditional support. With our Managed Services, we focus on prevention rather than reaction: Through continuous 24/7 monitoring with intelligent alerts, we identify problems before they affect your end users. Our Service Desk experts resolve many issues before you even know they’ve occurred.

Our approach is based on ITIL standards and includes structured incident management, problem management to address root causes sustainably, and change management for controlled, low-risk changes. The central service desk serves as a single point of contact for all IT requests and ensures transparent communication and rapid escalation when necessary.

AI-powered analytics tools help our experts identify patterns in incident data early on and prioritize actions—ensuring IT operations that not only react but also think ahead.

Every month, you’ll receive transparent reports on availability, ticket volume, and performance metrics. The Premium package also includes annual service reviews, during which we work together to identify opportunities for optimization and further develop your IT strategy.

A Structured Transition in 5 Phases

Onboarding & Transition

Our transition approach minimizes risks and ensures continuity — through overlapping discovery and implementation activities and structured knowledge transfer.

  1. 1

    Phase 1: Onboarding (Week 1)

Roles & Responsibilities (RACI), system access, initial code and infrastructure reviews, establishment of the governance structure and communication channels.

  2. 2

    Phase 2: Discovery (Weeks 2–4)

Structured interviews and in-depth analyses of architecture, processes, and operations. Analysis of the codebase, deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD. Identification of risks and critical dependencies.

  3. 3

    Phase 3: Implementation (Weeks 3–8)

Shadowing the existing team, setting up support and development environments, expanding monitoring and alerting capabilities, and creating runbooks and operational documentation.

  4. 4

    Phase 4: Cutover (Weeks 9–12)

Parallel operation, gradual assumption of operational responsibility, validation under production conditions, final transfer of ownership.

  5. 5

    Phase 5: Hypercare (Weeks 13–14)

Enhanced support coverage, daily reviews, monitoring of system stability, lessons learned, and transition to standard operations.

Innovation & Modernization

Stability is the starting point, not the goal. We continuously identify opportunities for improvement and develop your platform in a targeted manner—with a transparent business case for every initiative.

DevSecOps

Security checks early in the development process: automated scans in CI/CD pipelines, secret detection, dependency vulnerability monitoring, and SBOM generation as part of the build process. Fewer surprises in production; compliance evidence as a byproduct of the build process.

QA Automation

Expansion of automated test coverage for critical business flows, API contract tests, and automated smoke tests after every deployment. Fewer regressions, shorter release cycles, and reduced manual effort.

AI Self-Service Support

AI-powered self-service for recurring user inquiries and standard workflows—without creating tickets. Reduces support volume and measurably improves the user experience. Specific use cases are identified in collaboration with the customer.
