What is Artificial Intelligence (AI)?

Artificial intelligence (AI) is the umbrella term for machines that perform human-like intelligence. It imitates human cognitive abilities, such as learning, judgment and problem solving. This intelligence is either based on programmed processes or develops through machine learning. Artificial intelligence enables machines to learn independently from data and adapt their behavior.

Machine learning or RPA are, to a certain extent, preliminary stages of this. The basic principle here is that the “machine”, a computer equipped with modern hardware and software, imitates the human brain and begins to learn, make judgments and solve problems. In the digitalization process, the capabilities of AI-supported computers have increased at a rapid pace. In the future, AI will interact freely from human instructions, draw its own conclusions and adapt its behavior. Machine learning at its best.
