Connected Planning

Connected Planning is a technical representation of comprehensive business planning systems in a (cloud) planning platform, which unites company-wide planning data into a single source. By linking data, tables, models, analyses and in particular, processes, isolated planning silos are eliminated. The established Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) approach, which integrates planning processes along the value chain, is expanded with networked planning. Only in combination with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and other adjacent planning areas does a fully integrated planning process result, one that enables a holistic view of current and future company figures.
