The best onlineshops in various categories are nominated each year at the Digital Commerce Awards. This year, coop@home wins first place in the special category “Omni-channel and innovation” for the first time, and it also wins third place in “Body & taste.”

This is what the jury said:

“With clarity, easy searching, and extensive functionalities and services, coop@home offers its customers a unique shopping experience.

The jury recognized the various “counters,” including the online butcher shop, the Chäs Hüsli (cheese house), and the fish counter, as especially innovative. In a conceptually perfect and innovative manner, what has been learned is mapped in stationary fashion here.

Added to this are, now as before, unique logistics services such as same-day delivery of fresh food, the company’s own delivery fleet, and also the flexible possibility to pick up the order at a pick-up station.”
