Get to know usMunich, Rheinau-Linx, August 6, 2025: valantic and WeberHaus have jointly put assembly and customer service planning on a modern, integrated software basis. At the heart of the new solution is the wayPRO project management software, a module of valantic’s waySuite planning software. wayPRO is integrated into WeberHaus’s existing SAP environment via a certified interface. Although industrial companies are typically the ones that use waySuite and the project planning module for production and supply chain planning, this project impressively demonstrates the software’s versatility. At WeberHaus, the leading manufacturer of timber-frame prefabricated houses, wayPRO now serves as a central planning control center with several extensions.
A major challenge in prefabricated house construction is the precise planning of house assembly and coordination of all involved trades. For over 700 projects annually, with around 260 planned simultaneously, WeberHaus now uses wayPRO, valantic’s project management software. This solution features personnel deployment planning, extensive automation of correspondence, and secure, seamless communication with the data-integrating SAP ERP system. Through the wayEXT (wayExtensions) module, which allows integration with external software and databases, valantic developed a dispatch control center for customer service. By incorporating route planning, weather updates, and hotel bookings, tradespeople’s appointments with customers can be scheduled in detail. Additionally, site managers at the construction site always receive all necessary data from assembly planning via valantic’s wayCloudPlatform.
In 2022, WeberHaus was seeking a modern alternative to its previous planning control center. Although the original strength of valantic’s waySuite S&OP software lies in production planning, and there were no specific references available in the construction industry, the consulting company’s planning software approach won WeberHaus over. After a lengthy preparation period, the project started in April 2024. Today, only one year later, the system is used successfully in production at sites in Rheinau-Linx and Wenden-Hünsborn. Gerd Manßhardt, one of the managing directors of WeberHaus GmbH & Co. KG, reports: “valantic has demonstrated that the concept presented at the beginning of the project actually works. Our team’s cooperation was outstanding. We can also take pride in our contributions. All in all, we were able to achieve a very good result, and I feel the enthusiasm of the colleagues who work with the system.”
490 construction projects have already been planned successfully with valantic. The work of skilled craftspeople from various trades, including erectors, screed layers, plasterers, painters, electricians, installers, and carpenters, is carefully coordinated. The planning tool offers the possibility to adapt workflows on short notice and flexibly, if required – for example, when weather-related delays necessitate a change in the construction schedule. SAP always forms the database and is bidirectionally connected to waySuite.
Uwe Hummel, who is responsible for assembly planning at WeberHaus, was deeply involved in development as a key user and is a fan of the custom-tailored wayPRO: “The system is extremely comfortable. It enables the scheduling and personnel planning of house construction, providing a platform for managing and performing all associated tasks, and creating the necessary documents for production and construction. Bad planning, miscommunications, and communication costs were thus reduced significantly.”
valantic waySuite

Thanks to waySuite’s real-time capability, users can coordinate sales plans, production capacities, and raw materials with one another very efficiently, regardless of the planning period
valantic wayPRO
With valantic’s wayPRO (project management) software module, SCM departments can easily and quickly map their multi-project planning. All projects are stored centrally and can be processed in real-time. wayPRO works as a stand-alone solution but also complements the wayRTS planning and control software as a module.
