valantic Appoints Four New Partners

Promotion to Partner Status

Munich, November 03, 2022: The digital solutions, consulting and software house valantic has appointed Dr. Florian Heidecke, Daniel Krzyzak, Thomas Lang and Daniel Tschentscher as Partners for their outstanding leadership qualities and extraordinary ability to instill trust in their customer relationships. valantic’s internal “Evaluation Committee” voted unanimously for the four new valantic Partners because they embody and exemplify valantic’s values in a very special way. The rapidly growing valantic Group is organized as a partnership of holacratic business units. Entrepreneurship, fairness, collegiality and autonomous entrepreneurial action form the core of the corporate culture.

With estimated revenues of €400 million in 2022 and around 3,000 employees, the digitalization, consulting and software house valantic (www.valantic.com/en) is one of the fastest growing digital transformation consultancies and IT implementation houses in Europe. The company is managed by Partners, which means that Partners are the key decision-makers in all matters of corporate strategy, employee development, branding and mergers & acquisitions. Any employee can become a valantic Partner, but they must first pass the Evaluation Committee’s grueling selection process designed for a 360° screening of all candidates. New Partners must convince the Partner Panel through their entrepreneurial mindset and must already have a track record of contributing strongly to the development of the company beyond their own business unit. Now, valantic has admitted four new members to its circle of Group Partners.

New Partner Dr. Florian Heidecke, Managing Director and Partner at valantic

Martin Hofer, Managing Director and Partner at valantic, explains Heidecke’s admittance to the circle of Group Partners as follows: “Florian joined valantic in St. Gallen in 2021 as Managing Director. Focused and structured, he is a master in acquiring customers for valantic, as well as animating valantic colleagues to work even more closely together. Florian lives and breathes valantic’s values of integrity and authenticity, and always looks for the best solutions, even in challenging situations.”

After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying business informatics, Dr. Florian Heidecke was awarded a doctorate at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He started his professional career at the international company Arvato, where he implemented strategic projects. In the 10 years that followed, he held various positions at digitalization service provider Namics (today: Merkle DACH), where he was primarily responsible for acquiring, advising and developing customers in Switzerland and Germany. In his capacity as Chief Client Officer and member of the Executive Board, he also played a key role in the company’s strategic development.

New Partner Daniel Krzyzak, Managing Director and Partner at valantic

Commenting on the admittance of Daniel Krzyzak, Jürgen Muth, Managing Director and Partner at valantic, said, “Daniel is an outstanding IT expert who is trusted by private-equity and strategic investors, along with their portfolio companies, for some of the most complex IT carve-outs, post-merger integrations and other challenging IT transformation aspects. He is responsible for the entrepreneurial development of the M&A practice, delivering the highest quality to the customer – from the transaction and transformation phase to the exit phase, and supporting and developing his team. His authentic and structured manner, his dependability, but also his profound expertise acquired in more than 15 years of consulting have, for many years, made him the consultant of choice for his customers, and a highly valued leader for his team.”

Daniel Krzyzak studied business administration with a focus on business informatics and holds an M.Sc. in Information Management. After starting his professional career at a medium-sized system house and entrepreneurial activities in the eCommerce environment, he joined INTARGIA in 2007, where he has been a Partner since 2012 and Managing Director since 2016.

New Partner Thomas Lang, Managing Director and Partner at valantic

Martin Hofer, Managing Director and Partner at valantic, comments on the admittances of Thomas Lang to the circle of Group Partners as follows: “Thomas is contacted by valantic customers in the most precarious situations – when hackers have hijacked their IT systems. To prevent this from happening in the first place, Thomas has built up a strong team and a broad service portfolio, including a market-leading darknet monitoring approach. His teams respect him as a superb leader, and his customers trust him like no other consultant. Values-driven and a good listener, he quickly connects with others who soon understand he has their best interests in mind.”

Thomas Lang has always had an entrepreneurial outlook, having founded his first company at the age of 19, and two others later on. He thus knows the meaning of taking on responsibility. This makes Thomas Lang an authentic contact person for his customers. His consulting focuses on, among others: IT strategy, project governance and controlling, crisis management, enterprise architecture, retail & eCommerce, IT M&A transactions, project risk management, and IT infrastructure & operations.

New Partner: Daniel Tschentscher, Partner Value Creation at valantic

Matthias Uhrig, Partner and Managing Director at valantic, comments on Daniel Tschentscher’s admittance to the circle of Group Partners as follows: “Daniel pursues his goals with relentless focus and energy, always striving for outstanding results. Be it in the work for his private equity clients, whom he helps to increase the value of their investments through our Value Creation Program, be it in developing his team, or be it in his private life.”

With more than 25 years in digital business and over 100 successful projects, Daniel has extensive experience in amongst others: strategy and organizational development, digital product development and process optimization, digitalization of marketing and sales, and the implementation of efficient IT development methodologies. At valantic, he helps private equity investors to increase the value of their portfolio investments. He studied in Berlin, Cologne, Lausanne, and Barcelona, holds an MBA from IE in Madrid, and speaks five European languages.
