Munich, June 07, 2021: The digital solutions, consulting, and software company valantic has concluded a strategic partnership with Ivalua, a global leader in cloud-based spend management. Ivalua focuses on process consulting and implementation services for the digitalization of all procurement processes and automation of the entire source-to-pay process. Together with Ivalua’s integrated, easy-to-use platform for all suppliers and expenses, customers purchase an end-to-end digital solution to speed up procurement and pay processes efficiently.
Ivalua is regarded as an internationally recognized spend management company specializing in process consulting and implementation services for digitalization of all procurement processes and automation of the entire source-to-pay process. Benefits for customers include a consistent source-to-pay process across all branches, rapid deployment, a variety of high-quality best-of-breed features, and a high level of user acceptance thanks to intuitive user interfaces.
Customers benefit from faster time-to-value
The solution portfolios of valantic and Ivalua complement each other very well; there are hardly any overlaps, but a lot of complementary additions. Customers profit from valantic’s deep process consulting and process automation expertise, which enables quick value creation and significant time gains and cost reductions. Ivalua completes valantic’s range of solutions, for example in the “Invoice & Payment” area and in contract management. For valantic, the development of digital supplier management thanks to the partnership with Ivalua makes an essential contribution to the division strategy of the Supply Chain Excellence Competence Center. Immediately after the contract was signed, both partners began training the first employees in the three modules Sales, Process, and Technology. The first projects will follow, and in parallel to these, the development of partner management.
