Reto Rutz is an expert in customer support and development, organizational development, and sales & marketing. His passion is consulting and development in B2B IT service delivery for customers and employees. Rutz started his career as Key Account Manager and project manager at SFS Locher AG; he was then Sales Manager Switzerland at Salzmann Medico, and finally Director Business Development and Managing Director at valantic.
Reto started at valantic in 2014 and has been Managing Director since the beginning of 2017, responsible for business management and development at valantic CEC Schweiz AG. Reto Rutz is an entrepreneur from the ground up and he is strategically oriented. In consulting, he places great value on talent, engagement, and cooperation. Together with his team in St. Gallen, he is responsible for the above-average growth of the Competence Center Customer Engagement & Commerce.

In his private life, the new valantic Partner devotes himself to his hobbies: riding motorcycles, winter sports, and long hiking tours in the Swiss mountains. Reto Rutz has a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Change and Innovation Management and a Certificate of Advanced Studies, B2B Marketing and Sales from the Hochschule für Wirtschafts-, Rechts- und Sozialwissenschaften St. Gallen.
