Munich, September 9, 2021: “Change as the New Normal – Success Factors in Transformation”. This is the motto of this year’s Customer Focus Days SAP (www.valantic.com/veranstaltungen/customer-focus-days-sap) held by digital solution, consulting and software company valantic (www.valantic.com). In the course of 20 expert talks and deep dives, more than 30 SAP clients and experts will address specific strategies and processes that are critical for future-oriented companies with reliable value chains. The event will be held virtually on October 5 – 6. Attendance is free of charge but prior registration is necessary.
valantic’s Virtual Customer Focus Days SAP will center around the current market situation, corporate SAP users’ experiences, fact checks on streamlined operations, new technologies and case studies. The topics will range from strategies for S/4HANA implementations, agile project methodologies and customer experiences through to integrated supply-chain planning processes, AI as a recruiting and business analytics tool, the latest developments in cloud applications and novelties such as RISE with SAP.
Day one (October 5) of valantic’s virtual Customer Focus Days SAP will be dedicated to experience reports and expert talks. Start-up specialist Dr. Alex von Frankenberg will kick off the event with his keynote speech “Where There’s Fear, There’s a Way”. Glenn González, CTO of SAP Germany, will discuss the formulas of digital transformation. In doing so, contributions relating to theoretical aspects will be complemented by ones of a practical slant, with valantic ERP Consulting CEO, Rüdiger Hoffmann, outlining a successful roadmap for implementing SAP S/4HANA. In addition, Jürgen Brunner of dairy products manufacturer Hochland, will elaborate the practice-based part, providing insights into his project “S/4 Future” – a live report on the implementation of an S/4HANA transformation. Lastly, Dr. Helena Reimer-Burgrova, HXM Strategy & Product Advisor for valantic people, will round off the first day with a behind-the-scenes look at German HR departments and provide an insightful analysis of how AI can be used profitably in HR management.
The highlights of the second day (October 6) will include deep dives, live demos and practice-based case studies on topics such as: “Plan for Developing a SAP S/4HANA Roadmap”, “Live Demonstration of an End-to-End Lead-to-Cash Process”, “End-to-End Customer Experience: From the Initial Campaign to Long-Term Client Relationships”, “SAP S/4HANA Transformation With the BLUEFIELD™ Approach” and “End-to-End Presentation on Discrete Manufacturing.”
