No, all collaboration processes can also be edited via a web interface in BNAC. APIs are also available for connecting non-SAP applications and non-SAP ERP systems.
Business partners can be invited as “participants” via their own license. In this case, business partners do not need their own license, but can only communicate with the inviting instance. In general, license costs are based on the number of devices to be synchronized and the storage space required for documents and files.
In this case, there is integration with SAP Fieldglass. The qualifications of individual employees can then be checked on behalf of the client.
The data shared in SAP BNAC and processed there by business partners can be checked and prepared in your own SAP ERP system before synchronization. The workflow template WS 35100001 and the standard task TS 35100013 are available for this purpose.
The collaboration scenario may also provide for the service provider to adjust the master data. The service provider can then add or correct this directly in BNAC. As described above, the behavior specified by the operator for checking the adjustments then takes effect.
