Yavuz Bogazci strengthens valantic’s management team

The digital consultancy valantic has expanded its management team: Yavuz Bogazci has joined the management of the valantic Software & Technology Innovations Competence Center, where he is now responsible for the strategic and operational development and sustainable growth of the business together with Dr. Markus Eisel and Stefan Billeb. Bogazci will also continue to act as co-lead of valantic’s Telco Practice and strengthen integrated market development across the entire service portfolio.

Bogazci has more than 27 years of experience in software engineering, cloud and artificial intelligence. His focus is on leading data & AI initiatives from architecture and governance setup to stable operation. Sovereign AI platforms – AI foundations that combine data sovereignty, security and compliance requirements for productive enterprise applications – are a central topic. With this approach, he helps organizations not only to introduce AI, but to anchor it sustainably in their business processes.

Before joining valantic, Bogazci was responsible for the expansion and scaling of data & AI solutions at leading international IT system integrators. He has supported numerous companies – especially in regulated industries – in the design and implementation of resilient data & AI architectures and in the industrialization of AI solutions.

“Artificial intelligence is not a short-term trend, but a structural change. The decisive factor is not just what is technologically possible, but what can be permanently integrated into processes, organization and culture. Our aim is to set up data & AI in such a way that it works in everyday life – with measurable added value for our customers,” says Bogazci.
