In 12 topic slots, approximately 20 SAP customers and experts will discuss approaches and specific processes that are crucial for making a company fit for the future with a stable value-creation chain.
valantic’s Customer Focus Day SAP will examine the current market situation, the experiences of companies using SAP, fact checks for optimized end-to-end processes in intelligent companies, and new technologies and practical examples of interesting SAP trends. The central question will be what adjustments companies have to make today in order to be fit for the future.
The digital solutions, consulting, and software company valantic has compiled a program that addresses the entire value-creation chain: a mixture of insights into successful SAP projects, clear demo cases, deep-reaching expert conversations, and a trend discussion with perspectives from market figures, technology trends, and SAP project experiences.
The topics range from strategy to SAP S/4HANA introductions, agile project methods, customer experience, integrated planning processes in the digital supply chain, HCM in the S/4HANA context, business analytics and artificial intelligence, on through to the latest developments in cloud applications.
Jürgen Brunner (Division Director Group IT, Hochland), Henry Kulnick (Member of the Board, Alexander Nut Group Holding), and Sascha Marzini (Director Supply Chain Management, thyssenkrupp Materials Processing Europe GmbH) will report directly about large companies’ SAP projects.
The focus will also be on Hochland’s strategies for selecting the right project approach for S/4HANA projects and agile methods for implementing large, complex SAP projects. thyssenkrupp will provide insights into its complex SAP IBP implementation project and talk openly about the challenges in the implementation phase. Participants will also learn how the food industry’s high requirements are realized intelligently in an EWM project at Lorenz Bahlsen Snack-World.
The twelve talks will also include several demo cases, which among other things, will show how sales can make informed decisions using the SAP Sales Cloud and how companies using SAP can use the SAP S/4HANA Cloud to profit from artificial intelligence without a lot of extra effort. Another highlight is a demo case from the automobile industry with an end-to-end customer experience. A supplier’s continuous process from sales lead to series production will be depicted. And the process steps from opportunity management, reaction to customer needs and customer satisfaction, capacity planning, sales inventory & operations planning (SIOP) including financial planning, analytics, and procurement planning will also be shown. The demo case includes sequences with C/4HANA, Ruum, Qualtrics, IBP, Ariba, and Analytics Cloud. The event will be divided into two parallel live streams. This way, participants can change between the streams at any time on the day of the event and select the topics that interest them the most. Recordings and a 50-page e-book with experts and practical reports will be available after the fact.
