Munich, May 28, 2020: With nearly 40% sales growth in 2019, valantic (www.valantic.com) has succeeded in making its way onto the Lünendonk® list of “leading German IT consulting and system integration companies”. The company’s organic growth alone is in the double-digit range and is due to strong growth in regular and new customer business as well as a large number of newly-hired employees. valantic was also able to record growth in 2019 thanks to the merger of a total of four new companies with the corporate group. The Lünendonk® list will be available starting on May 28, 2020 at www.luenendonk.de.
“Our strategy bears fruit up to 100%: We are a club of entrepreneurs and our entrepreneurs regard themselves as caretakers of our customers and employees,” explains Dr. Holger von Daniels, CEO and Partner at valantic. “An essential reason for our success is our holocratic management system, which makes nearly every one of our decisions transparent and participative. And that’s why ever more applicants selected us: in 2019, the number of unsolicited applications increased by more than 70%, while at the same time, our fluctuation rate remained very low — less than 5% — as in previous years. Our outstanding market position is thanks to our consistent selection of No. 1 players: we recruit the best colleagues, work with the most successful customers, and seek the strongest companies, entrepreneurs, and teams to expand our business. In 2019 alone, more than 100 developers and consultants and 4 new companies in the SAP services and customer experience sectors joined valantic. We will continue on this course and move up on the Lünendonk® list from year to year.”
With approximately 1,100 specialized solution consultants and developers and net sales of more than EUR 160 million in 2019, valantic is represented in 21 locations in German-speaking Europe and 4 locations internationally. More than 1,000 companies, of these 20 of the 30 DAX-listed companies and many leading Swiss and Austrian companies, are part of valantic’s customer base. The company’s services range from strategy and process consulting to the implementation of systems and individual software solutions in the customer experience (CX), supply chain excellence, SAP services, digital strategy, and financial services automation sectors.
valantic Supports Entrepreneurial Resilience in the Corona Crisis
“We perceive the current effects of the Corona crisis in a very differentiated way and it is certainly true that despite the many sad events, the economy is getting digital push. Any company that wants to emerge from this crisis stronger has to tackle the digitalization of its business model – and the concern here isn’t just digital workplaces,” emphasizes von Daniels. “Now as before, we advise our customers to consider the digital transformation in all dimensions, so that IT projects become a driver of a comprehensive development and success that can be perceived quickly.”
For valantic, these dimensions include especially the digitalization of the customer journey, an optimization of the vertical and horizontal value creation chains, increased efficiency of internal support functions, and the digitalization of the workplace.
“At the beginning of the crisis, we reacted with various packages of measures for our customers. Many of our customers were thus able to turn the crisis situation into an opportunity,” continues von Daniels.
The packages of measures are, among other things, out-of-the-box solutions for e-commerce and webshops, digitalization of the supply chain, automation of critical ERP processes, and temporary backfill in finance.
In March, valantic was once again presented with the “Best Consultant 2020” award by the business magazine brand eins and the statistics portal Statista. The annual survey is one of the largest and most extensive of its kind and is based on a poll of consultants and their customers.
