Get to know usMunich, August 27, 2025: Digital consulting, solutions, and software house valantic has promoted 16 employees from within its own ranks to partner status, strengthening one of the company’s key executive bodies. In their new roles, these partners will contribute to shaping the company’s strategy, driving employee development, advancing brand building, and supporting sustainable growth. In addition, the partner circle has been expanded with nine new seasoned executives who joined valantic earlier this year.
Entrepreneurial spirit, operational excellence, and a firm commitment to the principle of “One Firm” form the foundation of valantic’s corporate values. Its partner model not only reflects these core principles but also serves as a key driver of valantic’s success, reinforcing its position as one of Europe’s fastest-growing digital consultancies. With more than 4,000 employees, valantic supports customers end-to-end across every stage of digital transformation. For the current financial year, the company is forecasting revenues of approximately €650 million.
Partner status is awarded to employees who have made significant commercial contributions, acted with an entrepreneurial spirit, embraced valantic’s core values, and helped advance the company beyond the scope of their own business area. Following a 360° evaluation by a partner panel, the following employees have been selected and welcomed into the partner circle (in alphabetical order):
Andrej Tschernych, Annika Schuster, Dennis Goetjes, Frank Bösche, Gereon Küpper, Jan Laakmann, Kai Kronauer, Michael Zangl, Nuno Figueiredo, Nuno Teles, Oliver Pretz, Sebastian Badaghlou, Shreyas Jois, Stefan Heins, Stephan Herteux and Tiemo von Hinckeldey.

The partner circle has further been strengthened with the addition of nine executives who joined the company in recent months: Nicole Berg, Frédéric Cuny, Dr. Horst-Florian Jaeck, Jan Dingerkus, Justin Schiffmann, Marcus Fromm, Peter Stock, Sebastian Zimmer, and Ulrich Wetterauer. They bring with them extensive industry expertise, diverse leadership experience, and a strong commercial track record from leading companies.
