valantic Adds Low-Code Development to its Portfolio with the No. 1 OutSystems Partner Do iT Lean

Do iT Lean Becomes Part of valantic

Munich/Leiria, November 08, 2022: The digital solutions, consulting and software company valantic continues its growth course and welcomes the low-code development expert and No. 1 OutSystems partner Do iT Lean as its latest family member. Do iT Lean develops solutions based on the OutSystems low-code development platform for customers in a wide range of areas, such as web applications and mobile apps. This addition gives valantic first mover advantage with low-code offerings in the DACH region.

Low-code technology lets developers build high performance applications in the shortest time. It is especially helpful in regions like DACH where there is a shortage of skilled developers. Do iT Lean provides expert services to help clients design and develop web and mobile applications based on the OutSystems low-code development platform as part of their digital transformation initiatives. The OutSystems development platform is named a Leader in Gartner’s most recent Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Low-Code application platforms.

“We are expecting the low-code market to grow significantly over the next few years, especially in the DACH region. With Do iT Lean, we have now gained a multiple award-winning family member that has many years’ expertise and broad know-how, and already boasts an excellent track record in this market in other geographies. Do iT Lean will become part of valantic’s Smart Industries & Industry 4.0 division and thus perfectly complements our existing digital  offerings,” says Holger von Daniels, valantic CEO and Founder.

Do iT Lean combines their own agile project management methodology based on Scrum with  high quality low-code software development, guaranteeing superior outcomes in a short time-to-market. It has successfully completed more than 500 customer projects to date across a wide range of industries and geographies. Key customers include companies such as Ricoh, Chevron, CSA Group, Takeda, Edelweiss, Certis, Via Verde and Cofidis.

Besides the agile development of web applications and mobile apps, Do iT Lean’s portfolio also includes numerous other services to help customers maximize their investment in OutSystems. These include digital experience design services, architecture consulting, performance optimization, data migration and OutSystems training. Once an application has been successfully implemented, their maintenance on demand service guarantees smooth operation of the applications both in the cloud and in customers’ on-premise infrastructures.

Do iT Lean was founded in Portugal in 2009 by Frederico Ferreira, today CEO at Do iT Lean,   and Pedro Delgado, current COO of Do iT Lean, both of whom previously held senior positions at OutSystems. Since then, interest in low-code has soared and the company has grown rapidly. As a long-standing OutSystems development partner, Do iT Lean, is ranked number one among the OutSystems’ partners for customer satisfaction with over 110 customer reviews and an average score of 4.9 out of 5. Besides its largest market in the U.S., the Portugal-based company also serves various markets in Europe and Asia Pacific with 7 office locations across Portugal, the United States, India, and Malaysia.

“We are looking forward to working with our new colleagues at valantic. We envision a massive market potential for low-code software solutions and together with valantic we will be able to help customers address a broader set of digital challenges,” adds Frederico Ferreira, CEO at Do iT Lean.

Karsten Ötschmann, Smart Industries Lead and Partner at valantic, is highly pleased in view of the expansion of the valantic portfolio: “Low-code rightfully is a big trend in the industry. The capabilities and expertise that Do iT Lean adds to valantic will benefit our customers greatly. IT-applications across all use-cases can be developed in less time using less resources of our clients and deliver real business impact.
