Orianda Solutions AG becomes valantic Asset Management eXcellence AG

New brand identity strengthens positioning in SAP Asset Lifecycle Management

Tägerwilen, November 27, 2025: Orianda Solutions AG is now operating under its new name valantic Asset Management eXcellence AG (valantic AMX AG). With this step, the SAP consultancy for Asset Lifecycle Management, service management, and maintenance successfully completes its integration into valantic. The new brand identity underscores the shared strategic direction and the strong alignment of consulting, technology, innovation, and implementation. For existing customers, contacts, contracts, and collaboration remain unchanged – with the added benefit of valantic’s extended international network and technology expertise.

Since its founding in 1998, Orianda has been one of the leading SAP consultancies for Asset Lifecycle Management in the DACH region. More than 100 experts support national and international market leaders, including companies in public transport/rail, utilities, and life sciences. With deep industry know-how and technological excellence, valantic AMX helps asset-intensive organizations shape their maintenance and service processes to be efficient, digital, and future-proof.

Since joining valantic in 2023, customers have already benefited from an expanded international network and a broader consulting portfolio. The combination of management consulting and technological expertise creates new value along the entire value chain.

As part of valantic, valantic AMX can increasingly leverage artificial intelligence and data-driven solutions – for example in predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and intelligent service process control. This accelerates the realization of innovative AI use cases.

The management team – Ewald Rehm, René Balser, and Marcus Fromm – remains unchanged under the new company name.

Brand usage note: As of December 12, 2025, the company will operate under the brand valantic in all external communication. The legal company name is valantic AMX AG (Asset Management eXcellence).

Legal continuity: Orianda Solutions AG (CHE-110.252.183) will be renamed valantic AMX AG (Asset Management eXcellence) at year-end. The company will remain unchanged in the commercial register of the Canton of Thurgau. All existing contracts, obligations, and legal relationships remain unaffected by the name change.
