valantic expands Strategic Consulting for Digital Transformation
Munich/Dreieich, September 10, 2018: valantic expands its range of services to include strategic planning and implementation support for digital transformation projects. To achieve this, INTARGIA Managementberatung GmbH has joined the digitization specialist valantic. valantic now advises executive boards and management boards on the design of digital strategies and at the same time, assumes responsibility for the professional, organizational, and technological implementation of projects. With this move, valantic has reinforced its position as a digitization partner with excellent strategic and technological expertise for digital transformation.
For 30 years, INTARGIA has successfully advised companies and organizations about their strategic IT and digitization orientation. The company’s core competencies include, in addition to the development and implementation of digital strategies, also the design and implementation of future-oriented IT architectures and support for large software and infrastructure projects – from project design to selection and contract design, through to roles in project management, project governance, as well as contract, provider, and claim management. In addition, INTARGIA advises on professional-technical implementation and adherence to data privacy requirements. INTARGIA has already been presented with numerous awards for its IT strategy advising, among others, from WirtschaftsWoche – first place in the category Best of Consulting “IT Management” (2017) – and the “Special Prize Digitization” (2017) with the rating “excellent.”
Same values, more performance
Matthias Uhrig, Chair of the Executive Board at INTARGIA, will retain this position and become a partner at valantic. INTARGIA Managing Directors Daniel Krzyzak and Steffen Weber will, together with the INTARGIA-partners Christian Schauß and Thomas Lang, continue to develop INTARGIA in the same position and thereby also expand valantic’s services.
“We have more than doubled INTARGIA’s business in recent years and, in the merger with valantic, we are taking the next step in our development,” explains Matthias Urhrig. “We will continue to be there for our business partners with the same engagement and independence they have come to expect from us over the years. At the same time, now we can rely on valantic’s much broader range of expertise and its specialized knowledge of individual topics and therefore better assist our customers with their challenges.”
“INTARGIA and valantic share the same values. Our value structure with respect to employees and customers is a partnership marked by trusting and respectful cooperation and the striving for excellent service. This forms the basis for our future joint success. With INTARGIA, valantic has gained highly-regarded digital strategy consulting and many committed colleagues. We look forward to an intensive and successful cooperation,” says Dr. Holger von Daniels, CEO and partner at valantic.
