“Great Place to Work”: valantic again awarded for special commitment

Employees give top grades for core workplace topics

Frankfurt (Main), 02 April 2019: valantic Financial Services GmbH has been awarded as one of the best employers by the Great Place to Work institute in the “Beste Arbeitgeber im Consulting 2019“ (Best Employers in Consulting 2019) competition. The award stands for an extraordinary commitment to creating a trustful and beneficial culture of collaboration within the company.

As in the previous year, an anonymous employee survey with more than 60 questions and the final evaluation of beneficial measures and offers endorse the quality of valantic’s attractive working conditions. “96% of the employees stated that they can be theirselves and do not have to pretend to be someone else. We are very happy about these positive results as they approve our daily commitment to our colleagues. It’s good to hear that our employees feel comfortable and like to work at our house”, underlines Christina Bleckmann, Recruitment and HR development, valantic Financial Services GmbH.

The assessment was based on an extensive employee survey on core workplace topics such as trust in executives, quality of the teamwork, appreciation, identification with the company, professional development opportunities, payment, health promotion and work-life balance. Moreover, the management has been surveyed regarding beneficial measures and offers of the HR work in the company. Robert Levering, co-founder of the Great Place to Work institute, concludes: “A Great Place to Work is a workplace where the workers trust the people they work for, are proud of what they do and enjoy working with others.”

Thus, valantic is not only one of the winners of a regional competition but also of an industry-specific competition of the Great Place to Work institute.
