For the tenth consecutive year, valantic Supply Chain & Procurement Consulting has been honored by WirtschaftsWoche with the prestigious Best of Consulting Award – this year taking 1st place in the category “Supply Chain Management.”

The award-winning project, “From Operator to Value Creator – Procurement Transformation at Fraport AG,” impressively demonstrates how procurement organizations can be strategically realigned and systematically developed.

At the heart of the project was the transformation of procurement into a proactive, value-driven function. Together with Fraport, valantic developed and successfully implemented methods to enhance efficiency, control, and transparency. Many internal stakeholders were involved, and measures were prioritized and executed in a structured, collaborative process.

Gereon Küpper, Nico Gösser, and Antje Böttger accepted the award on behalf of the entire project team in Düsseldorf.
