MEYER WERFT faces the challenge of planning extremely complex shipbuilding projects with transparency, on-time delivery, and resource efficiency—managing up to 10,000 tasks and thousands of dependencies per ship. As part of its SAP implementation, the company has restructured many processes. Together with valantic, MEYER WERFT ensures an integrated perspective and restructured scheduling processes.
