Raffle Lego® Serious Play® workshop
1.1 The organizer of the “valantic Lego® Serious Play® workshop” raffle (hereinafter: “raffle”) is valantic GmbH, Ainmillerstraße 22, 80801 Munich, Germany.
1.2 The prize is a Lego® Serious Play® workshop.
1.3 By entering the competition, participants accept these terms and conditions.
2.1 Participation is free of charge and not linked to the purchase of goods and/or services.
2.2. The competition begins on May 24, 2023 at 10:00 am and ends on May 25, 2023 at 3:00 pm Spanish time. Participation after May 25 (closing date) is not possible.
2.3. All persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of their participation, reside within the European Union, and have completed the questionnaire for the workshop raffle are eligible to participate. Employees of valantic GmbH or a company of the valantic Group and their relatives are excluded from the competition.
2.4. Participation in the competition is based on consent to register and agreement to these conditions of participation.
2.5 The prize will be drawn at random from among all participants on June 2, 2023. The winner will be notified the following week.
3.1 Payment of the prize in cash, in kind, its exchange, or transfer to other persons is not possible.
3.2. The winner will be informed of his/her prize by e-mail during the week after June 2, 2023. The winner will then be informed of further information regarding participation in the workshop.
valantic GmbH points out that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The competition can be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints without the participants having any claims against the organizer. This may include technical problems or rule changes.
5.1. These conditions of participation and the data protection provisions constitute the final regulations for the competition. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation or the data protection provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
5.2. The competition shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
5.3. Legal recourse is excluded.

If you take part in a raffle we have organized, we process the data you have provided: First name, last name, e-mail address, your company, your position, and your phone number for the purpose of participation or contact in the event of notification of the prize. If you are determined to be the winner, we will ask for your last name, first name and address for the purpose of holding the workshop, unless this has already been done as part of your registration. In any case, we will inform you about your prize in advance by e-mail.
The data processing is done for the fulfillment of our obligations in the context of the prize game implementation according to Art. 6 para. 1 b) DSGVO.
