Raffle Meta Quest 3 VR headset
1.1 The organizer of the “Raffle Hannover Messe – VR Meta Quest 3” raffle (hereinafter: “raffle”) is valantic GmbH, Ainmillerstraße 22, 80801 Munich, Germany.
1.2 The prize is a VR Meta Quest 3.
1.3 By entering the competition, participants accept these terms and conditions.
2.1 Participation is free of charge and not linked to the purchase of goods and/or services.
2.2. The competition begins on April 22, 2024 at 09:00 am and ends on April26, 2023 at 0:00 pm CET. Participation after April 26 (closing date) is not possible.
2.3. Eligible to participate are all individuals who have reached the age of 18 by the time of their entry, have their residence within the Federal Republic of Germany, and have registered for the contest. Employees of valantic GmbH or any company within the valantic group, as well as their relatives, are excluded from the contest.
2.4. Participation in the competition is based on consent to register and agreement to these conditions of participation.
2.5 The prize will be drawn at random from among all participants on April 29, 2024. The winners will be notified the following week.
3.1 Payment of the prize in cash, in kind, its exchange, or transfer to other persons is not possible.
3.2. The winners will be informed of his/her prize by e-mail during the week after April30, 2024. The winners will then be informed of further information regarding participation in the workshop.
valantic GmbH points out that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The competition can be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints without the participants having any claims against the organizer. This may include technical problems or rule changes.
5.1. These conditions of participation and the data protection provisions constitute the final regulations for the competition. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation or the data protection provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
5.2. The competition shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
5.3. Legal recourse is excluded.

If you take part in a raffle we have organized, we process the data you have provided: First name, last name, e-mail address, your company, your position, and your phone number for the purpose of participation or contact in the event of notification of the prize. If you are determined to be the winner, we will ask for your last name, first name and address for the purpose of holding the workshop, unless this has already been done as part of your registration. In any case, we will inform you about your prize in advance by e-mail.
The data processing is done for the fulfillment of our obligations in the context of the prize game implementation according to Art. 6 para. 1 b) DSGVO.
