New campaign, new message: valantic developed the digital media strategy and planning for the karriere.at rebranding.
The new karriere.at brand campaign addresses the core target group’s challenges and motivates people to recognize and tap into their individual potential. The task was to create a digital media strategy that generates attention, speaks to target groups in a differentiated manner, and delivers measurable results – cross-channel, data-driven, and effective. The goal: uniting branding, emotion, and performance in a single campaign.

valantic developed a two-phase digital campaign that first generated broad awareness and then intensified impact through targeted re-engagement. Building on an existing visual concept, target group-specific personas and adaptive creatives were implemented – for a campaign that not only stands out but truly delivers.

karriere.at GmbH is a digital company founded in Linz in 2004. With karriere.at, it operates one of Austria’s most successful online platforms for job searches and professional development, reaching up to 1.3 million visitors per month. Companies can publish job ads on karriere.at, position themselves as attractive employers, and access a talent database with over 150,000 resumes.
