The lumber industry still often operates in analog mode: orders, cutting, and consultations usually happen offline. But J. u. A. The challenge was creating a central Digital Experience Platform (DXP) that structures complex product data, presents the product range in a user-friendly way, and optimizes both internal and external processes.

J. u. A. Frischeis relies on the powerful Pimcore Enterprise Edition. With the new PIM and CMS, a holistic DXP was created that maps smart digital processes along the entire customer journey. These are seamlessly connected and ensure a smooth flow of data through regular synchronization.

Together, they form the technological backbone for the high-performance website www.frischeis.at – including online shop, digital product management, internal administration, and numerous B2B and B2C features. A unique, end-to-end Pimcore solution that has been precisely specified, designed, and continuously further developed, optimized, and modernized over many years by valantic.
