The client aimed to increase revenue and improve profitability in the near future and sought professional support to develop the necessary ideas.
Consulting approach
Together with a valantic expert team, up- and cross-selling ideas were developed using design thinking. Products, competitors, and user interfaces were analyzed through user surveys across various channels.

The Challenge in Detail:
The focus was on increasing revenue and securing profitability for the client, a telecommunications company, by applying up- and cross-selling methods The aim was to offer users the right products at the right time, which required several surveys, test runs, and a resulting strategy.
To develop relevant ideas, the company sought methodological and strategic support from valantic. It quickly became clear that design thinking would be the ideal approach, and valantic used this method to generate new up- and cross-selling ideas.

Using design thinking, lean start-up, and agile development, ideas were generated that aimed to resonate with customers. - Benchmarking & user surveys
Through various channels, user surveys were conducted, and the company was examined in detail. The user experience, competitor overview, and competing products were also analyzed. - Sustainable innovation processes
By implementing committees, meeting cycles, roles, responsibilities, and funnel management, a sustainable and goal-oriented process was established within the company.

- Innovation methods that continue to be successfully applied by the company after implementation. The company now uses these methods across different departments.
- The first process cycle was carried out using the new innovation process.
- valantic developed, evaluated, and prioritized 100 specific ideas.
- Selected ideas were refined and tested with real users (“out in the field”).
- Based on these tests, 6 concepts emerged, which were proposed for market launch.
