Controlling

Controlling is a sub-function of the entrepreneurial management system whose core task is the planning, steering, and control of all company areas. Controlling employees supply the company management with the information required to make decisions and they help the management actually make decisions. There is a distinction between operative and strategic controlling. Operative controlling is responsible for management of the budget and ensures that the company is successful economically. Strategic controlling focuses on market analysis in order to ensure that there is interest in the products that the company produces and that the company can react to changes in demand. valantic assists companies with optimizing existing accounting and controlling processes and introducing innovative controlling solutions.
