What is the focus of your work at valantic?

I oversee customer and consulting mandates for the finance sector in SAP S/4HANA environments and the development of organizational structures within valantic’s vSAP Services division. As Managing Director, I am also responsible for our Finance, HR, and IT divisions.

What is particularly important to you in your work?

Transparency is essential in controlling and accounting. My philosophy is therefore to simplify financial processes through reductions in complexity. By standardizing workflows wherever possible and limiting divergences to the absolute minimum, we conserve valuable employee resources and enable staff to concentrate on tasks that deliver the most value to the company.

What are you passionate about?

Professionally, I am deeply passionate about all aspects of finance and controlling. I love the challenge of finding the best possible solution and the satisfaction of persuading others with my work and arguments. In my personal life, I am a dedicated family man who takes great pleasure in bicycle racing, cooking, and fine wine.

Tilman, where were you before joining valantic?

I have held management positions at several medium-sized companies, including Vorwerk. In 2012, I joined LINKIT Consulting, now valantic ERP Consulting, where I serve as Managing Director, overseeing the Finance, HR, and IT divisions, among other responsibilities.
