Prioritizing competence-driven efforts and the welfare of our employees is paramount. That’s why I always keep a close eye on my team’s needs and have an open ear for their wishes.

What motivates you?

Digitalization is giving rise to significant challenges that demand the attention of experts with specialized know-how. What’s even more important, and especially motivating for me, is the achievement of a harmonious blend of cherished values, inspiring growth, and unwavering determination as we face the digital future.

What did you do before joining valantic?

After completing my studies in communications, I wanted to swiftly apply the knowledge that I had gained to my professional life. In 2002, I – along with Patrick Edelmayr and Dietmar Rietsch – co-founded the full-service digital agency elements New Media Solutions GmbH, headquartered in Salzburg.
