What motivates you?

What motivates me most is creating tangible results that directly impact customer success. I thrive on introducing new technologies, guiding customers through their HR IT architecture transformation, and defining their new HR Target Operating Model. Seeing the successful, long-term outcomes of that journey – sometimes years later – is what truly fulfills me.

What are your responsibilities at valantic?

As the Chief Cloud Officer for valantic people, I lead the Global Cloud Business Unit, driving our business for international organizations. My core responsibilities include advisory on HR IT Strategy and Architecture, and overseeing implementation services for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and ServiceNow Employee Experience. I focus on end-to-end cloud transformation and customer success.

What makes valantic special for you?

In my view our hybrid approach makes us special: combining the deep, specialized expertise and agility of a network of entrepreneurial consulting boutiques with the scale and international reach of a major firm (the “One Firm” principle).

We prioritize end-to-end implementation over mere strategy, delivering tangible solutions in areas like CX, SAP, and Data & AI, driven by an entrepreneurial, results-focused mindset.

What did you do before joining valantic?

My 27-year career before valantic was dedicated to leading HR IT and Cloud transformation for major international organizations. Most recently, I served as Director HR Transformation at Deloitte, driving large-scale projects and owning the ServiceNow HR service portfolio. As VP HR IT at Deutsche Telekom AG, I defined their new global HR IT Strategy and oversaw the entire HR IT landscape. My deep expertise comes from leading roles across multiple consulting firms also in sales and leadership positions, including around eleven years at SAP/SuccessFactors.
