What do you like most about being part of valantic?

What I particularly like about being part of valantic is that we are a company that challenges conventional thinking and embraces the complexities of implementing digital transformation in dynamic environments. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my job is the opportunity to leverage my skills and expertise to navigate complex innovation programs and projects successfully across diverse stakeholder landscapes.

I get a buzz out of developing digital products and services that provide clear utility value, with and for our clients. I am passionate about innovating and driving growth through a systematic, empathetic, data-driven approach.

What is the main focus of your work at valantic?

As an expert in complex innovation programs and projects, often involving many international partners and suppliers in critical business contexts, my role at valantic centers around developing digital products and services that deliver tangible benefits for our clients. In doing so, I draw on my expertise in connectivity, data products, and cloud technology, as well as my in-depth market and product knowledge across industries such as rail transportation, telecommunications, media, chemicals, healthcare, and the public sector.

Michael, what did you do before joining valantic?

Before joining valantic NXT, former mm1, I was a consultant and project manager at the Fraunhofer Institute for Intelligent Analysis and Information Systems IAIS. During this time, I was mainly involved in leveraging data analytics across diverse business contexts and industries – in close collaboration, for example, with media companies in Germany, France, and the UK, as well as a chemical company in Switzerland. I also played a key role in establishing a European startup accelerator based in Berlin, where I supported the growth of over 20 startups.
