I love bringing about change - it happens where clarity meets respect.

What exactly does your motto mean?

Change is the part of my work I enjoy most. There is a moment after long hours of work when a process, a team or a business clicks into a better shape — I’m curious about that long before I know how to get there. But it only works under two conditions: everyone understands what is actually going on, and nobody feels reduced to a problem. Clarity makes change possible; respect makes it last. Get both right, and change stops being something imposed on people — it becomes something they want to be part of.

What are you focusing on at valantic?

My focus is on scaling the business reliably – giving valantic FSA financial transparency, rigor, governance and people to grow efficiently without compromising the trust our clients place in us.

What did you do before joining valantic?

I was a lawyer, consultant, banker, fintech executive – four perspectives on the financial services industry.

As a lawyer I learned that the details decide the outcome. As a consultant, that a good structure carries further than a good idea. As a banker, what it means to carry risk rather than describe it. In tech leadership, that at some point you stop analysing and start building.
