What are you focusing on at valantic?

As COO at valantic people, I am responsible for internal functions, HR, and Finance, and oversee the Business Unit Large Enterprise and LE client accounts. My focus is on operational excellence, vital for enhancing service delivery and our growth.

I promote a corporate culture that emphasizes efficiency, clarity, and scalability. By working closely with our teams, I ensure our processes are optimized to effectively meet clients’ needs and align with our growth objectives.

What did you do before joining valantic?

Before joining valantic, I earned a PhD in Security Studies from Bundeswehr University Munich. Transitioning from academia to consulting, I specialized in SAP HR solutions. I built my expertise as a Project Lead, managing project cycles and crafting cloud rollout strategies for diverse clients. My role evolved into strategy consulting, delivering tailored solutions to diverse clients.

At valantic, I led the Business Unit dedicated to large enterprise customers. Now, as COO I continue to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.
