Falk, what are your main duties at valantic?

Drawing on over 30 years of experience as a management consultant, I specialize in supply chain management, focusing on process, organizational, and technology consulting. I prioritize achieving operational excellence and delivering added value for our customers at every point of our collaboration. Simultaneously designing processes and IT is fundamental to achieving this goal.

What are you passionate about?

Logistics is an exceptionally diverse and interesting field. Although often viewed as a traditional discipline, it is rife with innovation. As an enthusiastic electric car driver since 2018, I am especially motivated by addressing challenges related to e-mobility, for example, as well as the need for automation to overcome workforce shortages and the sustainability aspects of supply chain and logistics. These topics inspire me to seek effective solutions.

Where did you work before joining valantic?

Before joining valantic, I was a partner at Wassermann AG, overseeing supply chain management projects in the mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical, automotive, and logistics sectors. Before that, I studied business administration at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and earned my doctorate in productivity management at the Technical University of Munich.
