Among other things, all relevant information can be used directly at the point of sale (POS). Since cash register data and information are available in the data warehouse in a highly granular and standardized manner, precise evaluations and clear reports are possible at any time. With SAP Business Intelligence, companies can perform in-depth analysis and enjoy comprehensive management reporting.

From agency business to central regulation

valantic cs4Franchise also offers numerous pre-set functions for agency business and central regulation. The valantic cs4Franchise Portal and integrated store merchandise management based on SAP Fiori In-Store Merchandising integrate all processes of headquarters as well as those of stores, members, and partners – whether networked omnichannel strategies or control of online shops, business partner portals, and call centers. Sales and communication channels can be linked and integrated according to demand and target groups. In addition, campaigns, orders, incoming goods, and transfers can be controlled directly at the POS – optionally also with MDE devices (mobile data acquisition).
