The Challenge
Asseco PST, a multinational financial services company specialized in providing technology services to its clients needed a better approach to capturing new customers. They had outgrown their existing CRM where they registered leads and then used Excel to estimate the budget for each proposal. With this somewhat manual process it had become very difficult to control the proposal process and know what was sent to their clients. They needed an integrated, end to end process to manage the sales cycle, from lead registration to opportunity completion.
The Solution
valantic worked with the Asseco PST team to deliver a custom Sales Management System in 20 weeks. The application automates the end to end sales process from lead identification to closing the opportunity. The solution is fully integrated with their SAP ERP so that when a new customer is won, it is automatically moved to SAP as a new customer. By automating the proposal management process the new system made sure that client communication was accurate and up to date. When business is won, the details are sent to SAP to create the Sales Order, Cost Plan and Billing Plan.
