In Orlando, SAP announced that with the introduction of the SAP C/4HANA Suite, it will revolutionize CRM. CRM will become CX (Customer Experience) and the focus will be more clearly on the customer.

For this, SAP has already connected the familiar components Marketing, Commerce, C4C, CallidusCloud & Gigya with one another to produce the intelligent cloud suite C/4HANA. C stands for customer, 4 for the fourth generation, and HANA is the platform technology.
