valantic catapults itself into the Top 20 list of the Lünendonk “Digital Experience Services” ranking

Munich, November 10, 2020: valantic, the fastest growing IT consulting and software company in Europe, was instantly ranked 11th in the Lünendonk 2020 rating “Leading providers of digital experience services in Germany.” The Lünendonk list is sorted by annual sales. valantic impressed with its extensive digital experience portfolio in the areas of digital consulting, digital agency services, and digital technology services.

After a multi-stage evaluation process, Lünendonk identified 20 service providers that offer a full range of services to companies for digital experience projects. Digital experience always includes the areas digital consulting, digital agency services, and digital technology services. valantic’s digitalization experts were instantly ranked 11th on the current Lünendonk list 2020, thus placing themselves firmly in the midfield. In the consulting category “digital consulting,” valantic positioned itself in the top group of leading providers, which in Germany includes just four companies.

The demand for digital consulting services in Germany is high. According to Lünendonk, more than three-quarters of companies (78%) are working very intensively with external service providers to develop digital business models, on digital marketing, and to build digital platforms and optimized customer experience. More than 40% of companies rely on cooperation with service providers in all phases of a digitalization project. The current Top 20 ranking of leading “Digital Experience Services” (DXS) providers brings transparency to this market.

Exclusive valantic survey: For 78%, CX and DXS play a big to very big role

Together with Lünendonk, valantic has sounded out the market for IT services in Germany and conducted its own survey about customer experience (CX) and digital experience services (DXS). The survey results are available exclusively to valantic: 42% of the companies surveyed attribute a very big role to the topics of user experience and customer experience for their digitalization strategy; 36% a big role.

To improve their digital experience services (DXS), 77% of the companies surveyed rely on processes close to the customer. Among others, these include the automation of customer communication, CRM, end-to-end customer processes, e-commerce portals, and multi-channel strategies. For 76%, the focus is on core processes such as ERP, supply chain excellence, production, and purchasing. 66% want to optimize their employees’ workplace environment, for example with unified communications and collaboration tools. The goal is, assisted by external consulting partners, to ensure that a company is fit for the future, develop new digital business models, exploit market potential, and advance digitalization projects quickly, efficiently, and in goal-oriented fashion.
