Our customer Mesago is a subsidiary of Messe Frankfurt and counts approximately 2700 exhibitors and 100,000 visitors each year. The company wanted a system that fulfills the requirements of modern customer data management and offers channel-independent, personalized communication.
The successful result: An all-around view of the customer, thanks to the complete reinstallation of SAP CRM, SAP ERP, and SAP BW, and the additional connection of third-party applications. With the centralized CRM platform, Mesago’s crucial congress solution could be implemented and integrated into existing customer processes.
