A modern communication system
Our customer Mesago is a subsidiary of Messe Frankfurt and counts approximately 2.700 exhibitors and 100,000 visitors each year. The company wanted a system that fulfills the requirements of modern customer data management and offers channel-independent, personalized communication.
The successful result: An all-around view of the customer, thanks to the complete reinstallation and use of SAP CRM, SAP ERP, and SAP BW, and the additional connection of third-party applications. With the centralized CRM platform, Mesago’s crucial congress solution could be implemented and integrated into existing customer processes.
SAP Campaign Management
Mesago’s IT systems were integrated completely into the existing, complex IT environment of the parent company Messe Frankfurt. Now the employees can access customer-data, quotations, and orders the same way within both companies – without any discontinuity. The data is checked automatically, which means that doubles are avoided and the data quality continues to increase.
Use valuable Data sensibly
Mesago’s customers – visitors, congress participants, speakers, and exhibitors – have different requirements for a trade show. In order to be able to address these different groups correctly, we implemented SAP’s campaign management, for with this solution, Mesago can initiate and control marketing measures. This way, projects and steps are planned in goal-oriented fashion, higher return quotas are achieved and costs reduced.
