Anika, please tell us how you came to valantic and in which area you work as a consultant.

I became aware of valantic through a good friend and finally decided to work there. Now I work with passion in process consulting and help to harmoniously link different systems in Supply Chain Excellence.

How has resilience helped you in the workplace?

I was able to cope better with complex situations and demanding customers thanks to resilience. This confidence in oneself and a supportive environment are the key.

You can learn resilience. You need a good framework on which you can build. On the one hand, this includes a solid education and, on the other hand, an environment that challenges and pushes you and reduces uncertainty. In addition, the exchange with my mentor, an experienced colleague at valantic, has given me the courage to tackle challenges.

You should have confidence in completing tasks and confronting challenges.

What do you hope to get for valantic from herCAREER?

At valantic I was recently in a meeting that was attended mainly by women – I think it’s great to have more wonderful female colleagues. Because what really matters to me is an ambitious, inspiring team and a productive corporate culture. At herCAREER, I would like to encourage more women to make a difference, to learn, and sometimes to leave their comfort zone.
