With over 20 years of experience in eCommerce, he founded AIOPSGROUP, a full-service eCommerce agency, in 2019. Headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria, the company brings together a team of over 150 experts specializing in consulting, optimization, development, CX monitoring, and support. Their collective expertise is dedicated to crafting customized solutions for clients in the luxury, athletics, retail, and home goods e-commerce sectors.
As a Partner and Managing Director, he assumes a pivotal role within the organization, spearheading its growth endeavors with great enthusiasm. Don launched his career in digital services and e-commerce solutions at Acquity Group (Accenture Interactive) in Chicago, Illinois after obtaining his e-commerce degree in the US. Outside of work, he finds solace in sports and physical activities, particularly football, skiing, deep-sea fishing, sailing, and diving, which contribute to his balanced work-life equation.
