Digitalize your source-to-pay processes with Ivalua

Source-to-Pay | Purchase-to-Pay | Supplier Management

Ivalua’s eProcurement solution accelerates the entire procurement, supplier management, and payment process. This reduces costs and lead times significantly. With pre-configured connectors and a groundbreaking plug-in technology, this solution can be integrated easily and quickly into all existing back-end systems. Thanks to the continuous enhancement of Ivalua’s eProcurement suite, customers will benefit directly from high-end technologies such as artificial intelligence and process automation.

Another unbeatable advantage: A single, precisely matched one-code solution digitalizes the procurement process end-to-end: From commodity group strategy, supplier selection/negotiation, and purchase requisition/release to goods receipt, invoice processing, and the payment process. A single-tenant architecture and strict compliance with security standards and adherence to EU compliance regulations ensure maximum reliability.

Your advantages at a glance

One code and one database (single source of truth)

Ivalua’s cloud hosting model minimizes customer operational costs by providing all the data that is created and integrated in a single solution. This eProcurement solution pays for itself very quickly compared to the competition and scores points with a fast supplier qualification, adaptable user interfaces, and a short time-to-market.

Supplier portal and 360° supplier management

The collaboration with suppliers takes place via the supplier portal, which is free of charge for suppliers. Process efficiency increases thanks to platform-based exchange with all suppliers. KPIs and external risk data can be consolidated in one place. This provides a 360-degree view of suppliers in order to derive targeted measures and meet the requirements of current supply chain legislation.

Standard interface connectors

The included standard interfaces to ERP and other 3rd party systems (e.g. PLM) can be implemented quickly and easily. Any necessary adjustments can be made completely in Ivalua. Therefore, no external middleware or modifications are necessary in the ERP. This reduces the implementation effort and IT resources required.

The greatest flexibility Configuration – No Coding!

The solution allows you to make adjustments for different business units entirely through configuration. This means that standardized processes and individual requirements can be implemented in the same Ivalua instance, which provides great transparency about all savings and KPIs at the group level. The quick implementation of the requirements significantly increases user satisfaction and acceptance.

Further enhancement of the solution (KAIZEN)

Ivalua provides several releases annually with numerous innovations for purchasing. This way, customers stay close to the market and can decide which release will benefit the company the most; they can then install the selected update after it has been planned and tested.

Security

Ivalua and valantic guarantee the greatest physical security in several European data centers, network security through encryption, system security thanks to an internal IPSec VPN (virtual private network), application security, and regular encrypted backups.
