In your role as Manager CRM & Marketing Automation (m/f/d) you are responsible for:

  • Building-up / advance the CRM & Marketing Automation strategy & planning
  • Setting-up of omnichannel, data driven customer journeys with high level of automation and personalization
  • Reporting, data mining, segmenting, enhancing and maintaining the database for targeted marketing campaigns and sales activities
  • Analyzing customer databases creating insights from data that result in actions across the business area to improve conversion and lifetime value
  • Running program management and build a deep partnership with strategic and operative business functions nurturing the CRM & Marketing Automation activity
  • Creating new accounts and be able to perform complex imports of databases as well as implement corporate design specifications for templates in all necessary areas
  • Developing customer-centric marketing communication concepts, implement and develop them further e.g. automated email marketing, A/B testing
  • Creating, testing, and optimizing campaigns and successfully automating to scale
  • Establishing reporting dashboards on management and expert level

What distinguishes you

MUST HAVE:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in CRM / Marketing Automation project management in a corporate set up or strategic consulting, ideally experience in a fast-paced business environment
  • Proficiency in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms, preferably SalesForce and Pardot as well as Webinar tools
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to drive insights from data to derive recommendations for action
  • Team player with hands-on mentality who likes to work in an agile way
  • Fluent in German and English
